Langley D. Sampognaro, MD, specializes in allergy and immunology at WK Allergy, Asthma & Immunology Center at Willis Knighton South.

“I was drawn to the field of allergy and immunology because of the many ways it offers tangible solutions to problems that patients face,” she said.

Sampognaro earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in biology and Spanish from Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama, in 2016. She went on to earn her medical degree from LSU Health Shreveport School of Medicine in Shreveport in 2021. She completed her internship and residency in pediatrics at Ochsner LSU Health Shreveport Academic Medical Center in 2024, followed by a fellowship in allergy and immunology, which she completed in 2026.

Outside of medicine, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their children.
